Every batch scanner produces at least a few pages that are slightly tilted — sometimes just 1-2 degrees, but enough to make text look crooked, margins uneven, and OCR engines return garbled results. The algorithm examines horizontal text line variance across the scanned image to determine the true baseline angle, then rotates the page to align it perfectly — without cropping content or altering the original resolution.
