You have a paper form — or a static PDF — and you need people to fill it in digitally. Without proper form fields, recipients either print and scan it or type over it messily in a PDF editor. Neither result is professional, and neither gives you structured data you can actually use. Dokk.ai's Create Forms tool turns any PDF into a fully interactive fillable form in minutes. Open the document, then use the toolbar to drag and drop field types onto the page: text fields, multi-line text areas, checkboxes, radio button groups, dropdown menus, date pickers, digital signature blocks, and initials fields. Each field is placed with pixel-level precision by clicking the exact location on the page. Every field is configurable. Set a label that screen readers can announce for accessibility. Mark fields as required so the form cannot be submitted incomplete. Add placeholder text or default values. Set character limits on text fields. For dropdowns and radio groups, define the list of options and the value that each option submits.
